We’re constantly being told to “kill the ego.”

I’m not buying it.

My ego has been responsible for some of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

It gave me the balls to dream bigger than I probably had any right to, walk into rooms where I didn’t belong yet, take chances and believe I could actually pull off some pretty ridiculous ideas.

But my ego has also been responsible for some spectacularly stupid sh*t.

Because there’s a difference between believing in yourself and desperately needing everybody else to believe in you.

In this episode, I dig into GOOD EGO vs. BAD EGO — where confidence ends and arrogance begins, why chasing applause can quietly screw you up, and why I don’t think the answer is getting rid of your ego.
